  The Albanian American Academy of Science (AAAS) was registered with the United States Government on 28 November 1995 with the mission to unite Albanian scientists in furtherance of scientific research including various spheres of arts and sciences with the purpose of identification and preservation of national identity within the country and abroad

President
Prof.Dr. Kodra is the founder and president of AAAS. He directs and guides the focus of the Academy and provides oversight of key operation and programs. Read more..

Vice - President
Dr Harxhi is co-founder and serves as the Vice-president of the Academy. He oversees program development and is producer of academy monthly magazine "Dituria". Read more..
Prof. Dr. Agron Fico
Vice - President
Prof.dr. Dr Fico is co-founder and serves as the Vice-president of the Academy. He oversees general programs and activities of the Academy mostly in albania, Kosovo and Macedonia . Read more..
Dr. Namik Shehu
Secretary
Dr. Shehu is the Secretary of the Academy. His role is to support the Chair of ensuring the smooth functioning of the academy. Responsible for meeting ,conferences and keeping a record of the organisation's activities. Read more..
Prof. Mentor Mata
General Coordinator
Prof. Mata is the general coordinator for the programs and activities of the Academy, keeping up-to-date member detail, building and updating the academy website. Read more
Mrs Sanie Selita
Treasurer
Responsible for directing the academy budget, management activities, rising funds to support the income, and keeping the finances healthy so the organization can achieve its mission
